It was great to be r*nning in a scenic Yorkshire dale. One of the paths used was expected to be wet. The path had been paved with neatly laid bricks. But the path was wetter than the path builders anticipated: it was under an inch of water! At least the water was clear and clean to allow us to admire the brickwork. The trail took Speedbump and me up the dale and past characterful old farm steadings. Great trail in new territory!
The pubs were busy over the music festival and occasionally the sun shone.
