So as the circle began we were obviously told what was what and the different symbols had to be explained because there were four virgins (including the dog). The hash itself was set at the newcomer’s house. They already knew some of the hashers already from previous occasions. The hares were Cyberseptic and FullMember. Then we set off and had to check it out. So I set out running and there was a check just a short distance away. Everyone else checked it out but I felt I didn’t have the energy to so I stopped behind until someone shouted “OnOn!” Then I was almost near the front until I had to stop and tie my shoelace, then I was practically at the back. I joined up with Morticia and we talked about school and the Olympics. Then there was a wimp/rambo split and I obviously went on the Wimps. Then there was a steep hill so we ran down it, FullMember caught up with us and we walked for a little bit. Then we saw Bitter at the bottom and we decided to catch him up. There was an open check so I checked it out with FullMember and we were right.

Then later there was another check and Bitter was far away, he must have missed the sign. There were two other possible ways and we took the left while Morticia took the footpath. We had no luck and then we came back to the check sign and Morticia shouted “OnOn!” FullMember had to shout louder so that Bitter would hear. Then we ran up Morticia’s way and saw that there was a massive hill to climb. We ran up the hills, pathways and went through stiles until we finally reached the beer stop. I was really hungry so I had at least two biscuits. Yum.

We set off again, it was harder to set off ‘cause we’d got used to stopping. Then we went through farms and I was further than my dad (hehe). All I could think about was the food at the pub. When we went through the farm we went past these ugly looking dogs which were in a cage. Later on we went through someone’s garden. It was a very pretty garden with fancy flowers and bouncy grass. I was still with Morticia and we went through another field, I said to her, “My fantasy garden would be…” then I rambled on. There was a fish hook  so everyone could catch up then there was a wimp/rambo split. The wimps went over the bridge and the rambos had to do the last bit again. We finally went across the field and then onto a footpath. Then we saw a pretty, white, friendly horse. Unfortunately we had no food to give to him/her. Then we could have gone onto the road or the way it was laid so we decided to go the way it was laid and then we got to the a-site again. The Rambo’s were still running back, and then we all joined together for the circle.
